The 2011 CSTA International Technical Analysis Conference Wrap Up
November 9th, 2011
On behalf of the CSTA’s Board of Directors and support staff I would like to thank the attendees, sponsors and speakers for their contributions to the 2011 conference. It was a great success.
The two-day event saw presentations of many varieties, from big picture concepts to day-to-day applications. The Thursday night social, as well as, the daily breakfast and lunch sittings, provided participants the opportunity to interact and exchange ideas on what was just learned or what may be incubating for the future.
Though the creation of new professional and personal relationships is a continual by-product of The Society and its many member activities, in holding this annual event we specifically strive to fulfill our mandate to you, our members, “to promote Technical Analysis at both academic and professional levels, through education and the sharing of knowledge with the community of technical analysts and the investment industry, and through the establishment and fostering of the highest standards.”
We are already keen for 2012, mapping out the conference format. If you have any comments or suggestions that you would like to make on this year’s event or what you would like to see next year please get in touch with us – we’d like to hear from you.
