Cancellation Policy

CSTA Cancellation Policy
Please see the event description for cancellation deadlines. Notices of cancelling attendance must be received by the stated date, either via postal mail or email (with Read Receipt). If notice of cancellation is received by the given date, we will refund the amount of the registration fees minus stated fee for administration and processing (minimum $25). The issuing of refunds when cancellation is received after the posted date is at the discretion of CSTA Management. If the CSTA is forced to cancel an event due to scheduling or other difficulties, the full amount of all payments will be refunded.

Unless otherwise stated, full payments for event attendance must be received by the date listed in the online event description or printed materials pertaining to the event.
